Peter founded Wingbrace in 2014 to deliver better outcomes for clients. He is a former US Navy pilot and group executive for Accenture, SAIC, and other companies who deliver technical solutions for clients. He holds an MBA from The MIT Sloan School and is a graduate of the US Naval Academy. He is actively involved with non-profit organizations that are dedicated to and advocate for the U.S. Air Force. When not engaging with clients, you can find Peter enjoying his family or rowing on the Charles.

Wendy is driven by purpose and passion for solving customer mission needs. She focuses on bringing unique perspectives that ignite and elevate durable innovation and creativity. She is a proud University of Florida Gator, with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is also an active member of rural community organizations focused on economic development and Placemaking initiatives. In addition, she supports Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.

Frank’s passion is people. He recruits and builds teams focused on accelerating growth, and has worked with several startups including 100x incubator, Affinnova and CleanEnergyBlockchain. He has experience with both the federal government and commercial industries. Frank’s expertise is in designing, developing, and building global HR and Strategic Partnership Programs. Along with people, Frank’s other passions are family, wine tasting, and Brownie, the family pet.

Larry is an accomplished technical delivery leader of complex programs and business transformations and has been with Wingbrace since it started. He finds efficiencies through innovative Agile software solutions for cloud-based platform deployments, data transformations and systems integrations. He has experience in commercial and government and defense industries, delivering client outcomes with solutions to challenging technical deliveries and manageable transitions for adopting emerging technologies. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Villanova University. In his spare time, Larry authors programs for old 8-bit computer platforms and puts his photography skills to work on his daily walks, capturing exquisite moments in nature.

Kristin is a versatile, results oriented, effective manager of people, process, and programs. Her background is in business and technology with experience managing businesses through transformation and launching new products and services. She holds an MBA from The MIT Sloan School, a master’s in electrical engineering from Tufts University, and an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University. Kristin’s passion is mentoring start-up companies through MIT VMS and enjoying the surf at Rhode Island beaches.

Keith is a dymanic, technical delivery leader and systems engineer who is lauded by clients for his customer first approach. He has been with Wingbrace since it started and excels at building strong teams focused on delivering outcomes for his clients. Keith earned his Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and his Bachelors of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy. His passion is traveling with his family to faraway places.
